SPARBAR has been a Consultancy client since August 2019. A 2 Year finalised secondment for Jay Lacy, Corporate Business Director, with combat sports and fitness Brand ‘SPARBAR INC’ as a Chief Finance Officer (CFO) for UK & Europe, setting up the business for a Public Listing on the New York, OTC QB Stock Exchange..
Tasked with developing this Sports Innovation Company SPARBAR INC based in London, UK and New York, USA.
IPO Public listing is expected in November 2021, Jay was an integral part of the Companies development within the Financial Reporting, Governance, Investor Relations and Sales & Marketing Structure, both with online platform and Business to Business relationships, driving new Income streams. Utilising his Patent, Trademark and legal knowledge to work closely with the Company IP and Patent Solicitor at United Legal Experts.

DAM TASTY LTD – Based in E9, London a Specialist Craft Beer Company
A Consultancy client since April 2017 that had utilised our Lease and Sub-Lease services.
During the Pandemic in 2020 to 2021, we have been able to cut costs and rebalance the business with our Rent Resolutions, Local Authority Grants Service and Rates Resolutions services. This has saved DAM TASTY LTD from going into liquidation.
In addition, GCS supplied our (BBL) Bounce Back Loan service with the Clients Bank at a very low @ 2.5% Interest, 6 Year repayment option which is ‘Government Guaranteed’, providing an 18 Month Business cashflow plan to assist with regeneration of the business
